Debugger information would help

Go the the user's workstation, turn on the debugger, step through the code, figure out what's throwing the error.

If by some chance, the code doesn't fail in the debugger, then build in debug code so you can figure out when the failure happens (I use print statements so can keep track of where the code is and maybe some of the intermediate variables so I can confirm it's working in the way I expect).

Also, look at what is different about this one user from all of your other users. Different version of Notes, different OS, different user rights to the PC, different acl, something is different.

Doug

btw - my car is making a funny noise today. Yesterday, it didn't make the noise. If my wife drives the car, it doesn't make the noise. Can you help me fix the problem? ;-)
